Overview
PDC approached us with a clear ambition: to redefine their brand under a new name that would set a new benchmark for marketing floor plans across the property industry. The new identity needed to communicate precision, strong design, and a seamless user experience, from instant online booking through to effortless plan delivery. We repositioned the brand as a category leader, moving away from offshore, low-cost alternatives and toward a high-trust, design-led service model.
At the centre of the system is a modular logomark, inspired by the top-down outlines of the properties they map. Ever-changing but always on-brand, the symbol reflects a core idea: every space has its own structure, and so should the identity. We designed a brand language built on that structure and clarity, drawing inspiration from the technical beauty of a draftsman’s page. The website supports two core journeys: fast bookings for returning clients and high-conversion content for new leads.
From naming and voice to strategy, templates, and digital experience, FloorScape was crafted as a brand system built to relaunch PDC and scale into the future. It brings clarity to complexity: visually, digitally, and strategically.
