The Role

Atollon is a dynamic creative studio specialising in dynamic brands and websites. We’re looking for an Account Manager to help us manage projects, build strong client relationships, and keep everything running smoothly. If you love organisation, problem-solving, and creative collaboration, this is the role for you.

Experience and Qualifications

  • 2+ years in account or project management within a creative, branding, or digital agency
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Streamtime)
  • A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player with a keen eye for detail and a passion for client success
  • Marketing background would be an asset but not a strict requirement.

Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Manage project schedules, setup, and workflow coordination
  • Keep clients informed with regular timeline updates
  • Prepare project briefs and oversee production management and quoting
  • Handle invoicing, budget tracking, and retainer management
  • Assist in proposals and identifying new opportunities
  • Manage social media scheduling and content planning
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships
