Junior Digital Account Manager

Atollon is a dynamic creative studio specialising in distinctive brands and websites. We’re looking for a Junior Digital Accounts Manager to help us deliver web projects from end to end, working closely with the digital team to build strong client relationships, and keep everything running smoothly. • 2+ years in account or project management within a creative, branding, or digital agency (web-focused experience a plus)
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in client-facing situations
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Streamtime) and an interest in web design and development workflows
• A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with a keen eye for detail and a passion for client success
• Exposure to web design, digital production, or customer support would be an asset but not a strict requirement

• Manage web projects from end to end, coordinating schedules, setup, and workflow
• Act as the key client-facing contact, keeping clients informed with regular timeline updates
• Prepare and write briefs for web design projects
• Onboard clients through website prototype reviews and feedback
• Assist clients with adding content to website builds
• Triage and manage website maintenance tickets, ensuring responsive customer service
• Oversee quotes and projects scope
• Invoice maintenance tickets and correct project stages
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships
• Manage and improve workflow and studio systems
• Log timesheets accurately against project and maintenance scopes
