Senior Graphic Designer

engagements. This role sits at the centre of our brand work, supporting the Creative Director and Studio Manager to deliver high-quality, client-centric outcomes that reflect Atollon’s standards.
As a Senior Designer, you’ll lead the development of new brand projects from start to finish. You’ll translate strategy into thoughtful design systems, produce high-quality brand outputs, guide junior and mid-weight designers, and maintain a holistic mindset across every project. You understand that good design requires iteration, instinct and creative thinking. You know how to recognise whether a brief is met, exceeded or needs rethinking, and you can articulate why.
This role suits someone proactive, organised and confident, someone who can manage scopes and timings, contribute to concepts, solve hurdles early, and maintain a calm, steady approach to delivery. You’ll have extraordinary typography and layout skills, a keen eye for brand concepts, and the ability to bring strategy to life through clear, intentional design.

What you’ll be doing
- Leading brand identity projects end-to-end.
- Developing high-quality, client-centric brand solutions.
- Translating strategy into clear, intentional design outcomes.
- Managing timelines, scopes and junior/mid-weight designers.
- Designing brand collateral, merchandise and campaign assets.
- Overseeing production, specs and finishes.
- Creating animated assets when required.
- Contributing to creative concepts and toolkit development.
- Presenting brand options and attending client meetings.
- Ensuring all work is polished, accurate and on brief.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of brand and design experience.
- A strong portfolio showing brand identity, systems and thoughtful execution.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent typography, layout and visual design skills.
- A holistic mindset across strategy, design and production.
- Confidence presenting work and articulating rationale.
- Strong organisational skills, timesheet discipline and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage projects proactively and solve problems early.
