Utopia has been part of Noosa since 1993, managing the places people escape to and the homes they settle into. Under new ownership, the business entered its next chapter with a larger ambition: elevate holiday stays, sharpen property management and build a brand capable of growing well beyond its original footprint. Atollon brought these worlds together under one clear identity. Deeply local, quietly premium and designed to make every stay feel considered.

Welcome to paradise.
Utopia arrived with something many new brands spend years trying to build: history. It was one of Noosa’s longest-standing rental businesses, with strong local recognition and deep relationships across owners, tenants, guests and trades. The opportunity was to carry that trust forward while leaving behind the dated, economy-level perception of the existing brand.
We retained Utopia as the organising idea, unifying holiday stays and property management beneath one masterbrand. A confident primary wordmark provides consistency, while restrained Holidays and Management extensions give each side of the business clarity when needed. For more leisure-led applications, a stacked secondary mark introduces an irregular rhythm that suggests movement, water and the easy pace of a coastal stay.
The visual language balances the precision of property management with the emotion of being on holiday. Classic typography brings confidence and longevity. A palette drawn from ocean blues, sea mist, sand and charcoal feels connected to Noosa without slipping into predictable resort cues. Photography gives the system its soul, moving between local landscapes, relaxed family moments, considered interiors and warm team portraits. Together, it creates a version of premium that feels natural rather than polished within an inch of its life.
The brand was designed as an experience, not simply an identity. Across the website, clear pathways help guests find a stay while giving owners and tenants the practical information they need to act. Beyond the screen, the system carries through property boards, brochures, uniforms, vehicles, office signage, social content and the smaller details guests encounter along the way. Key rings, local guides, umbrellas, towels and in-home amenities all become part of the same world.
The result is a brand with the operational confidence of an experienced property manager and the emotional pull of a great holiday. Familiar enough to belong in Noosa. Distinct enough to grow beyond it.
