With a rapidly growing team of more 80 agents across Australia, Kollosche’s digital presence simply wasn’t reflecting the opulence, wealth and enormous scale of their property portfolio. They were well overdue for a highly responsive website and brand refresh that was user friendly, fast to respond, and representative of their millions of dollars in luxury property sales.
With listings located on some of Australia’s most picturesque and sought after land, we created a digital design system and layout that conveyed Gold Coast grandeur. Breathtaking property imagery needed to sit front and centre, yet leave plenty of room for key listing information, multiple agents, and lead generating componentry. The website has been built on a headless Gatsby front end to ensure a lightning fast load time amidst hundreds of detailed listings, agent profiles and news articles. Extended type and a lightened colour scheme quietly imply prestige. The result is a timeless yet stylish nautical blue brand, requiring little time to reach key information.
