Joey Mogg goes beyond the expectations of real estate for her clients, meticulously styling and crafting listings that sell – traits that franchise agents often neglect. Joey knows that getting the most out of a sale comes from forging genuine connections, evoking emotion, and transforming houses into potential homes. Mogg Property launched in 2023 with a local sunflower growing campaign. With the help of a few family and friends, Joey hand-delivered seeds to over 3000 homes in Queensland’s Pelican Waters, and her community quickly got on board. Joey’s personality and compassionate nature helped to redefine what a real estate agent can or should be.
